Awesome! Rachel was really great about making sure everything was set for our move in day and everything leading up. Very clean apartments in a great location with very nice and helpful staff. Would highly recommended!

Angel is the best maintenance man ever! Apartments location is great. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors bedroom noise. Overall very clean and well cared for community. Parking under the building is a huge plus.

So far I've been super happy at Reside. I haven't yet gotten to know my neighbors, but I've only been here a few months and spend a lot of time at school. I appreciate that I can park my car at my building as well.

I've had a great experience at Reside so far. The office and maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the renovated features in the apartment and also especially the convenience of the onsite parking garage. So far everything seems safe and secure and well managed.

My experience at Reside has been great so far. The maintenance staff (Angel) is stupendous - he goes above and beyond for us and other residents I am sure. Also, the building is very clean which is very much appreciated. Overall, it is a great community and great worker

It's a good community in a great neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, the amenities meet expectations and being right off of Lake Shore Dr. makes the commute to the Loop very convenient. And just far enough away from Wrigley Field.

I've really liked it so far! The building is always in good condition and Angel, our on-site engineer is so friendly in the mornings. I really like the electronic entry system, too - it feels more modern and secure compared to traditional ones. Also, the location is great for me personally and I think that there are multiple locations in my own neighborhood if I ever wanted to move to a different one. All of the staff I've spoken or interacted with have been incredibly kind and professional too.

I have loved living with Reside. The people, staff and company care about the residents and utilize all aspects of technology, events, and updates to the space to ensure the best for each renter. I have found the space consistently clean and safe with added touches of music, coffee station and touch screen info center to be so helpful. The renovated space is beautiful and the hallways, entry way and events organized by the staff add an amazing homie feel to my renting. Love Reside!

So far it's been fantastic. The staff are wonderful and the other residents are polite and friendly. My wife and I have also gone to the cooking club and had a great time. The fitness center is also very convenient and much appreciated, and we have been using it extensively.
